Duties

• Design and maintain, update manual layouts, hand outs and power point presentations for training seminars.
• Design manuals for print and distribution, converting to PDF format for both print and website distribution. Design a variety of products branding when developed.
• Compile monthly news-letters ready for printing and convert to PDF for online distribution.
• Producing newsletters, eNews, booklets, price lists, flyers using CorelDraw, PageMaker and InDesign.
• Manipulate images and photo's for various booklets, flyers and products.
• Design and maintain internet Intranet site to track various manuals, booklets and products so any one with access to the network can use and find products.
• Answering phones and customer liaison, email queries and quotes.
• Build a track and trace product database system using FileMaker
• Dispatching of goods to customer, tracking product dispatch.
• Aspects of business investigation and marketing & problem solving.
